
Here are all of the benefits and perks that are available to Buehler’s employees. Some of these benefits require part-time or full-time status to be eligible.
HEALTH BENEFITS
Full-time employees can choose from a variety of health plan options to fit their needs. All plans include prescription coverage, and employees may add coverage for their spouse and children.

Eligible Part-Time and Full-Time employees can set aside pre-tax dollars through payroll deductions to pay for qualified medical expenses. FSAs run on a 12-month plan year and work much like a savings account for eligible health-related costs.

Eligible Part-Time and Full-Time employees may elect dental coverage. We offer tiered plan options to provide flexibility, and coverage can be extended to an employee’s spouse and children.

Eligible Part-Time and Full-Time employees may elect vision coverage. Coverage can also be extended to an employee’s spouse and children.

LIFE & DISABILITY COVERAGE
Company-paid coverage is provided to Full-Time employees. If approved, employees receive partial wage replacement for a set period of time during a medical leave.

Company-paid coverage is provided to Full-Time employees who are medically disabled for an extended period.

Company-paid life insurance is provided to Full-Time employees, based on a multiple of their annual earnings.

Part-Time and Full‑Time employees are able to elect Voluntary Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage for themselves and their families.

RETIREMENT PLANS
Employees age 21 and older are automatically enrolled once they meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Employees are automatically enrolled in the ESOP at age 21 or older. The ESOP is a retirement plan that grows in value as the company grows. Eligible employees receive shares of company stock each year. This benefit is provided at no cost to employees.

PAID TIME OFF BENEFITS
Full-Time hourly employees are awarded Personal Days to use throughout the year.

Full-time employees receive vacation time (1-4 weeks) based on years of service.

MISCELLANEOUS BENEFITS & PERKS
All employees earn triple points in our rewards program, helping them save more on purchases.

Employees and their dependents may apply for yearly scholarships to support education goals.

Employees may choose to use earned reward points toward discounted gas at Speedway.

Employees have access to discounted hardware products through our partnership with Emery-Jensen.

Employees who go above and beyond can be nominated by managers or co-workers to receive recognition and a gift card.

Every five years of service, employees receive a special gift as a token of appreciation for their dedication.

Employees are paid weekly, with payday typically on Thursdays.

Hourly employees who work on eligible holidays are paid at a premium rate.

Employees earn pay raises as they work more hours. Once certain hour milestones are reached, employees move up to the next pay level within their job’s scale.
