Our handmade crust begins with fresh yeast mixed with double zero fine milled Neapolitan style pizza flour, olive oil and a touch of local honey.
Once mixed, we set it aside for 24 hours to rest and ferment, creating a lot of flavor with a pleasant, yeasty aroma.
The dough is then topped with our own signature pizza sauce made with local Dei Fratelli sun-ripened tomatoes, Italian herbs and spices and a touch of parmesan cheese.
We then spread a generous amount of premium, whole milk, feather shredded mozzarella cheese from edge to edge providing a pleasant caramelized buttery and creamy finish to the pizza.
Meat lovers rejoice – you’ll find a variety of meaty specialties topped with generous portions of our own local Gerber’s pulled Rotisserie Chicken, world-famous Fontanini brand fennel Italian sausage and real hardwood smoked bacon to name a few.
And don’t forget the vegetables!
Our chefs only use farm-fresh vegetables cut fresh daily, including Roma tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, red onion, green and red peppers and fresh basil leaves.
